As a Associate Partner at MBR Partners James primary focus is geared towards delivery against Executive Search assignments and account management of key clients.

James’ recruitment background spans over a decade working predominantly within the Telco, IT and recently BPO space. James has managed teams and has won assignments throughout Europe predominantly in the System Integrator space working in partnership with Accenture, Cap Gemini, Logic CMG, CGI, and Sapient to name a few. James has also concentrated on the Vendor sector as this was a natural progression in understanding project phases and definition. Over the years James has built up a highly connected network within the CRM/Billing vendor domain globally.
