Carmel manages the Japanese arm of MBR Partners that focuses on the IT industry and the telecom segment.

Carmel brings over fifteen years of working experience in Japan assuming roles of Country Manager, Direct Sales, Channel Management, Business Development and Marketing.

His industry know how is essential to presenting employment opportunities to outstanding candidates, and the lengthily and developed net of trust that enables access to candidates and his fluency in the Japanese language and Japanese business practices are his key assets to achieving the perfect-match between candidates and employers in this unique market.

Carmel holds a B.Sc. Cum Laude in Computer Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, and an MBA from the Leon Recanati Graduate School of Business Administration in the Tel Aviv University.
